Multi-SIM and eSIM support

Modern phones carry more than one number — physical SIMs, eSIMs, often both at the same time. SapiensGo now understands that, so every number on every device pulls its weight.

What's new

• A single Android device can hold multiple SIMs, and we list every active phone number it carries.
• eSIM is fully supported alongside physical SIMs.
• The dashboard no longer assumes one "default" number per device — every number is a first-class citizen and can be used independently.
