What is SapiensGo?
SapiensGo is a messaging platform built for GoHighLevel agencies. It connects WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and SMS (via your Android phone) to GoHighLevel so you can send messages from workflows and manage multiple sub-accounts from one place.
How does SapiensGo connect to GoHighLevel?
You connect your GoHighLevel sub-account through our onboarding flow. After setup, SapiensGo syncs with your workspace so messaging apps and workflows can send and receive messages in GoHighLevel the way you already work.
Which messaging apps does SapiensGo support?
SapiensGo supports WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and SMS through the Android companion app. Messaging app availability and limits depend on your workspace plan; see the pricing page for details.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start on a free tier with included monthly messages and limits on active connections per messaging app, then upgrade to Pro or Max when you need more capacity. Current limits and prices are shown on the pricing page.
Am I charged per message I send?
No. SapiensGo does not charge per message. We offer a free plan with included usage and flat-fee subscriptions for larger accounts. See the pricing page for current plans and limits.
Can I manage multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts?
Yes. SapiensGo is built for agencies: you can connect and manage many GoHighLevel sub-accounts from your dashboard, and you can extend that to your whole agency as you scale.
Is there a limit to how many GoHighLevel sub-accounts I can connect?
Active connection limits per messaging app depend on your workspace plan and fair use. For current caps and upgrades, see the pricing page.
Is there a daily limit on SMS or WhatsApp messages?
Usage limits depend on your plan; see the pricing page for details. To protect deliverability and the reputation of your numbers, we recommend avoiding excessive volume. Spam, bulk abuse, and similar misuse are not allowed on SapiensGo.
Do I need an Android phone to send SMS?
Yes. SMS through your own number uses the SapiensGo Android app to bridge your phone with GoHighLevel. iPhone is not supported for SMS right now—only Android. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business setup does not rely on the Android app in the same way.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number or phone number for SMS?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number and your own SMS line (via the Android app) to GoHighLevel through SapiensGo workflows, subject to plan limits and provider rules.
Where do I download the Android app?
Visit the Android download page for the latest build and install instructions. The app pairs with your SapiensGo workspace for SMS and related features.
