Two small but high-value Android updates this week.

What's new

• SIM detection is more forgiving — the same SIM in a slightly different state (e.g. a carrier-name change) is recognised as the same SIM, not flagged as a new one.
• If you've manually set a phone number on a device, automatic SIM sync will never overwrite it.
• The Android app is steadier on first sign-in and during background refreshes, with fewer hiccups in the device list.
