Guided onboarding for new accounts

Time-to-first-message is the metric that matters for a tool like this. Self-serve sign-up has been live since March, but new accounts still landed in an empty dashboard and had to figure out what to do next. Today we replace that with a real onboarding flow — sign-up to working send, in a straight line.

What's new

  • A step-by-step onboarding page that walks new accounts through connecting GoHighLevel, downloading the Android app, registering a device, and sending a first SMS.
  • A cleaner login experience and workspace selector for accounts that belong to more than one workspace.
  • Smoother flow when adding a new GoHighLevel account or editing an existing connection.
