More reliable WhatsApp message delivery

The whole point of running WhatsApp through SapiensGo is that you don't have to babysit it. This release is about making delivery boringly reliable — failed sends retry on their own, inbound messages always land on the right contact.

• Automatic retry when a WhatsApp send fails on the first attempt — the message goes through on the next opportunity instead of silently dropping.
• Inbound WhatsApp messages now always map to the right phone number and contact, even in cases where WhatsApp internally uses a different identifier.
• Faster device-list updates and smoother realtime refreshes on the dashboard.
