WhatsApp groups in GoHighLevel and SapiensGo

Many of your clients talk to you in WhatsApp groups. You can now bring the groups you choose into GoHighLevel and answer them from the same inbox as your one-to-one chats, on the same stable WhatsApp connection.

What's new

• Each WhatsApp number in your dashboard now lists the groups it's in, most recently active first. Every group stays off until you turn it on.
• A turned-on group appears in GoHighLevel as one contact named after the group, and each message shows who sent it.
• Photos your contacts post in the group come through too, in GoHighLevel and in SapiensGo.
• Replies you type in GoHighLevel go to the whole group, and messages you send in the group from your phone show up in GoHighLevel too.
• Automated messages, from workflows or bulk sends, are never sent to a group. GoHighLevel marks them as failed and shows why.
• Your WhatsApp chats in SapiensGo show groups with their name, their number of participants and each sender's name.
• The chats list no longer scrolls inside the page: scroll the page as usual and use Load More for older chats.
